Requirement:



• Bachelor / Associate Degree in Business or related disciplines;
• At least 7 years of relevant working experience in account management or customer services field (experience with Chinese corporations preferred);
• Knowledge in aviation or tourism would be an advantage;
• Result-oriented, self-motivated with strong desire to succeed and willing to take up challenges;
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and presentation skills;
• Ability to work independently and under pressure;
• Good English and Chinese written and spoken skills, with fluency in Putonghua; and
• Strong computer skills, such as Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Chinese Word Processing.
